Steve Clark, Chairman and CEO
Steve Clark founded SpectraSite Communications, Inc., a wireless communications tower operator, in 1997, and was the chairman and CEO until the successful sale of the company in 2005. Possessing an almost unparalleled knowledge of the wireless tower industry, Steve is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully founded and led several entities. He earned his BA and MBA from the University of Colorado.
Chris Jackman, Chief Development Officer
Prior to becoming one of the founding members at Shared Access, Chris was Director — Managed Access — Ericsson UK. Before joining Ericsson, Chris was Head of Business Development – Wireless & Public Safety Divisions of Arqiva (formerly Ntl Broadcast), and before Arqiva, Chris was Managing Director — Business Development for Spectrasite Europe. He has 40 years of experience in the control technology and mobile wireless sectors.
