Steve Clark, Chairman and CEO
Steve Clark founded SpectraSite Communications, Inc., a wireless communications tower operator, in 1997, and was the chairman and CEO until the successful sale of the company in 2005. Possessing an almost unparalleled knowledge of the wireless tower industry, Steve is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully founded and led several entities. He earned his BA and MBA from the University of Colorado.
Dale Carey, President and COO
Dale Carey was the president of US Wireless for SpectraSite. Prior to being president of US Wireless, he was the president of the building division of SpectraSite, where he pioneered the neutral host distributed antenna system model. Dale has more than 18 years of wireless experience and was previously the VP/GM of Vanguard Cellular Systems, one of the largest independent wireless operators in the US. He holds a BA from Temple University.
Chris Jackman, Chief Development Officer
Prior to becoming one of the founding members at Shared Access, Chris was Director — Managed Access — Ericsson UK. Before joining Ericsson, Chris was Head of Business Development – Wireless & Public Safety Divisions of Arqiva (formerly Ntl Broadcast), and before Arqiva, Chris was Managing Director — Business development for Spectrasite Europe. He has 40 years of experience in the control technology and mobile wireless sectors.
Cindy Skocik, Chief Accounting Officer
Cindy Skocik has over 20 years experience in finance and accounting, working in established and high growth businesses. She has held senior management roles in both publicly- and privately-owned companies, working in various industries, including technology and services. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Cindy graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Robert Glosson, Executive Vice President
During his tenure at SpectraSite, Robert Glosson served as the VP of business development for the building division and ultimately as the SVP of sales and marketing. He has extensive wireless operator experience, including a role as market general manager and director of paging services for Vanguard Cellular Systems. He received a BS from Drexel University and an MBA from Temple University.
Steve Reinhard, General Counsel
Steve Reinhard was the SVP and associate general counsel at SpectraSite responsible for all agreements with wireless operators and property owners. Previously a partner at the firm of Ragsdale Liggett PLLC practicing extensively in commercial and residential real estate, he holds BS and JD degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
